23.  சீரியாவின் ராஜாவுடைய ஊழியக்காரர் அவனைப் பார்த்து: அவர்களுடைய தேவர்கள் மலைத்தேவர்கள், அதினால் அவர்கள் நம்மை மேற்கொண்டார்கள்; நாம் அவர்களோடே சமபூமியிலே யுத்தம் பண்ணினால் நல்லது; அப்பொழுது அவர்களை மேற்கொள்வது நிச்சயம்.

23.  And the servants of the king of Syria said unto him, Their gods are gods of the hills; therefore they were stronger than we; but let us fight against them in the plain, and surely we shall be stronger than they.
