16.  இப்பொழுதும் நீங்கள் சீக்கிரமாய்த் தாவீதுக்கு அறிவிக்கும்படிக்குச் செய்தி அனுப்பி: நீர் இன்று இராத்திரி வனாந்தரத்தின் வெளிகளிலே தங்கவேண்டாம்; ராஜாவும் அவரோடிருக்கிற சகல ஜனங்களும் விழுங்கப்படாதபடிக்குத் தாமதம் இல்லாமல் அக்கரைப்படவேண்டும் என்று சொல்லச்சொல்லுங்கள் என்றான்.

16.  Now therefore send quickly, and tell David, saying, Lodge not this night in the plains of the wilderness, but speedily pass over; lest the king be swallowed up, and all the people that are with him.
