9.  இவையெல்லாவற்றையும் நான் பார்த்து, சூரியனுக்குக் கீழே செய்யப்படும் எல்லாக் கிரியைகளையும் சிந்தித்தேன், ஒரு மனுஷன் தனக்கே கேடுண்டாக வேறொரு மனுஷனை ஆளுகிற காலமுமுண்டு.

9.  All this have I seen, and applied my heart unto every work that is done under the sun: there is a time wherein one man ruleth over another to his own hurt.
