1.  ஏழைகளை வழக்கிலே தோற்கப்பண்ணவும், என் ஜனத்தில் சிறுமையானவர்களின் நியாயத்தைப் புரட்டவும், விதவைகளைச் சூறையாடவும், திக்கற்ற பிள்ளைகளைக் கொள்ளையிடவும்,
