23.  இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நான் அவர்கள் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பும்போது, அவர்கள்: நீதியின் வாசஸ்தலமே, பரிசுத்த பர்வதமே, கர்த்தர் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கக் கடவரென்கிற வார்த்தையை யூதாவின் தேசத்திலும் அதின் பட்டணங்களிலும் சொல்லுவார்கள்.

23.  Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.
