31. அஞ்சாமல் நிர்விசாரமாய்க் குடியிருக்கிற ஜாதிக்கு விரோதமாக எழும்பிப்போங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். அதற்கு வாசல்களுமில்லை, தாழ்பாள்களுமில்லை; அவர்கள் தனிப்படத் தங்கியிருக்கிறார்கள்.
31. Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.
