அந்தத் தோட்டக்காரர் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்தின் கனிகளில் தன் பாகத்தைக் கொடுத்தனுப்பும்படி, பருவக்காலத்திலே அவர்களிடத்தில் ஒரு ஊழியக்காரனை அனுப்பினான். அந்தத் தோட்டக்காரர் அவனை அடித்து, வெறுமையாக அனுப்பிவிட்டார்கள்.
And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.
