27.  யாராவது அந்நியபாஷையிலே பேசுகிறதுண்டானால், அது இரண்டுபேர்மட்டில், அல்லது மிஞ்சினால் மூன்றுபேர்மட்டில அடங்கவும், அவர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவராய்ப் பேசவும், ஒருவன் அர்த்தத்தைச் சொல்லவும் வேண்டும்.

27.  If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
