4.  அந்த ஐசுவரியவானிடத்தில் வழிப்போக்கன் ஒருவன் வந்தான்; அவன் தன்னிடத்தில் வந்த வழிப்போக்கனுக்குச் சமையல் பண்ணுவிக்க, தன்னுடைய ஆடுமாடுகளில் ஒன்றைப் பிடிக்க மனதில்லாமல், அந்தத் தரித்திரனுடைய ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைப் பிடித்து, அதைத் தன்னிடத்தில் வந்த மனுஷனுக்குச் சமையல்பண்ணுவித்தான் என்றான்.

4.  And there came a traveler unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.
