20.  நான் அவர்கள் பிதாக்களுக்கு ஆணையிட்டுக்கொடுத்த பாலும் தேனும் ஓடுகிற தேசத்தில் அவர்களைப் பிரவேசிக்கப்பண்ணினபின்பு, அவர்கள் புசித்துத் திர்ப்தியாகிக் கொழுத்துப்போயிருக்கும்போது, அவர்கள் வேறே தேவர்களிடத்தில் திரும்பி, அவர்களைச் சேவித்து, எனக்குக் கோபம்மூட்டி, என் உடன்படிக்கையை மீறுவார்கள்.

20.  For when I shall have brought them into the land which I sware unto their fathers, that floweth with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and waxen fat; then will they turn unto other gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
