8.  நான் துன்மார்க்கனை நோக்கி: துன்மார்க்கனே, நீ சாகவே சாவாயென்று சொல்லுகையில், நீ துன்மார்க்கனைத் தன் துன்மார்க்கத்திலிராதபடி எச்சரிக்கத்தக்கதாக அதை அவனுக்குச் சொல்லாமற்போனால், அந்தத் துன்மார்க்கன் தன் அக்கிரமத்திலே சாவான்; ஆனாலும் அவன் இரத்தப்பழியை உன் கையிலே கேட்பேன்.

8.  When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
