5.  அவர் உயரத்திலே வாசமாயிருக்கிறவர்களையும் கீழே தள்ளுகிறார், உயர்ந்த நகரத்தையும் தாழ்த்துகிறார்; அவர் தரைமட்டும் தாழ்த்தி அது மண்ணாகுமட்டும் இடியப்பண்ணுவார்.

5.  For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.
