10.  அந்தத்திலுள்ளவைகளை ஆதிமுதற்கொண்டும், இன்னும் செய்யப்படாதவைகளைப் பூர்வகாலமுதற்கொண்டும் அறிவிக்கிறேன்; என் ஆலோசனை நிலைநிற்கும், எனக்குச் சித்தமானவைகளையெல்லாம் செய்வேன் என்று சொல்லி,

10.  Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
