13.  மறுநாளில் ஜனத்தின் சகல வம்சத்தலைவரும், ஆசாரியரும், லேவியரும், நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் வார்த்தைகளை அறிந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும் என்று வேதபாரகனாகிய எஸ்றாவினிடத்தில் கூடி வந்தார்கள்.

13.  And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.
